RASA [LC9]

Finally made a drawing/painting of my bias in LC9!! Well I actually wanted to draw another pic of him but I also wanted to use paint, so I choose this one! ^^
it was pretty fun to do!! something I wanted to try for a while ^^ Inspired by ~e11ie works
